About
The department of Education was established in 2012. The department
offers B.A. (Honours / Major) in Education, and B.A. (Program /
Multidisciplinary) courses in the arts. Apart from offering courses on the
latest in the field of Social studies, the department regularly organizes
public lectures, student outreach programs, Skill development programme,
academic excursions and Dissertation/ Project work. Coaching classes in a
hybrid mode are offered for CUET PG Education entrance exams. The current
faculty includes one teacher in substantive post and three SACT teachers. Over
the years the department has produced successful students who have excelled
both in academics and administrative fields.
